In the cemetery, which was traced on the beach of Mendi Hotel, 241 total entombments were investigated, mainly of babies and young children, which are dated by the end of the 8th –beginning of the 7th to the end of the 6th century b.c. The vessels were mainly written, with a vegetal and geometrical decoration, or graven, and consist of characteristic types of the ceramic style of Halkidiki.
